Creativity Boot Camp Prompt 5

Grow

This picture really came out of yesterday's journal prompt 'What inspires you'.  I went out into the yard and down our road to see what inspired me, although I probably knew already.  Nature is my biggest inspiration, I love the flowers, the trees, grasses and especially the hedgerow plants or 'weeds' by another name!  These Icelandic poppies have become a bit of a weed, self-seeding around the yard, but tonight the sun just hit them in the right place and they looked so pretty.  

I'm going to make a mosaic of all the pictures I took tonight on my inspiration quest and will post as soon as I can.

    Very pretty flower! Love the color. I am enjoying your Creative Boot Camp photos and thought the Mosaic Monday post was so interesting. So wise to have those pieces restored!
