Vintage Advertisements' which I got off ebay. Paper is Basic Grey 6x6 scrapbook designer papers I won in the draw on 'Crafts by Carolyn' Forum, I think the ribbon came with that prize too and the little flowers I got years ago in a Lakeland sale, still have tons of them.
