
I made this card for my SIL as she wanted this recipe, this is the digital file, but I printed it out and stuck them back to back. The recipe is in the current issue of BBC Good Food Magazine and is a brilliant way to use up the cheese left over from Christmas. I haven't given full instructions for making the pastry, in fact when I made it I bought a 'Delia Cheat' uncooked flan case. It was really great, you could also use ready made frozen shortcrust.
Love the curvy frame for the front - great name for it too!
