ReplyDeleteMore photos please. :)
Great shot of Grey Street - it's very elegant, isn't it? Did you do the Fenwick's window or just oogle the choccie inside?!
ReplyDeleteWe were lucky to see Fenwicks window complete with moving nativity scenes late Friday afternoon when we were doing our recce of the area. Next morning people were queuing up to see it :o
ReplyDeleteWow, I just had a childhood flashback. Even though I'm in the U.S. I grew up in a subdivision with all English names and the main street was New Castle. I lived on Churchill, and we also had Westminster, Aberdeen, Wintergreen, Chelsea, Concord, and who knows what else. AND I went to grade school with a girl named Karen Fenwick! OK, I'm back in the present now. Sounds like you had a GREAT time!!! ♥
ReplyDeleteA lovely picture of Grey Street. Quite nostalgic, I grew up and lived in Newcastle for years before we moved here. The chocolate looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteooooo ooooo ooooo which shoes did you get me Janice?! xx
ReplyDeleteWow - those shoes are great - a perfect combo of shoes and chocolate - what more could a girl want? x
