The Bubbly Scrumptious weekly challenge this week is 'Remembrance'. I decided to do a digi LO to remember my DH's uncle John who died in 1945, right at the end of WWII. He was a flight engineer in the RAF and left a wife and young son.

Oh how sad that your DH lost an Uncle. I think that there are now very few who have not been touched by this particular sadness Janice. Thank you so much for taking part XXX

ReplyDeleteLovely LO Janice, the way you've used the poppies is great. Always sad when somebody loses their life in a war but it seems especially poignant when it comes right at the end of a conflict, doesn't it?

ReplyDeleteJanice this is a really special layout and the family photo makes it even more so.
