Lest we forget.

The Bubbly Scrumptious weekly challenge this week is 'Remembrance'. I decided to do a digi LO to remember my DH's uncle John who died in 1945, right at the end of WWII. He was a flight engineer in the RAF and left a wife and young son.

  1. Oh how sad that your DH lost an Uncle. I think that there are now very few who have not been touched by this particular sadness Janice. Thank you so much for taking part XXX

BTW Jeremy's Dad was a Flight Engineer too X

  2. That's a lovely LO Janice, and what a shame to lose his life right at the end of the war. They look very happy together xx

  3. what a lovely layout Janice - a lovely reminder for future generations - xx

  4. Lovely LO Janice, the way you've used the poppies is great. Always sad when somebody loses their life in a war but it seems especially poignant when it comes right at the end of a conflict, doesn't it?

  5. lovely janice, nice for future generations to see

  6. Janice this is a really special layout and the family photo makes it even more so.

    Beautiful. :)
