This means that anything sporty, health related or exercise is required...luckily we don't mean you must run a marathon or jump up & down in your living room haha...well you can if you want to!We are not a very sporty family, so I was a bit 'stumped' (groan) as to what to come up with for this challenge. Fortunately, I had some sprorts stamped images from an image swap, so I coloured this with my copics and made this simple card.
