Daring Card Makers - Shabby Chic

Here is my Shabby Chic card for this week's Daring Card Makers challenge. It is a bit more Chic than shabby, but gave me a chance to use the Papermania Touch of Teal kit that I won as blog candy and also some of the vintage lace that my mum passed on to me last time I visited. Frame stamp is My Mind's Eye, Wild Asparagus, the couple stamp is one I got in a grab bag bought for charity so I don't know who made it.

  1. I wondered if that was some of your mum's lace. I did try and use some on my card, but failed, so keep eyes peeled for it later!

    Love the colours Janice x

  5. Definitely more chic than shabby - very glam! Love that peacock feather and the way you pulled out the colours from it for her dress and the flower centre!

  7. Wow, that rather lush Janice.

I love the colours (but then I would) and the addition of the peacock feather and that beautiful lace really finish your card off perfectly.
