W is for Walnuts and Wednesday

The Lucky Snapping in 2013 photo prompt this week is Things We Can Eat featuring the letters of the days of the week.  I enjoy eating a few nuts as a snack and also love to bake with nuts which was what I was doing when I snapped these walnuts.

Connie Prince - Spring is my Thing

I took this photograph on Saturday night when we had this amazing rainbow.  I wanted to scrap it so have used the 'tree' prompt...well there is a tree in it!  It's strange but I didn't use the tree prompt last time either, although I am surrounded by them!

HS:MS Yellow

Never mind 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' - I'm somewhere running behind the rainbow, but I love this theme so I'm posting anyway. This little yellow 'jingle bells' is a remnant of my Sunday School Teaching days, later commandeered by DS2 as part of his percussion section. All we have left is the drum kit and cymbals which were too big for him to take to his flat when he moved out in August taking the guitars, flute, clarinet, speakers and mixing desk. Oh no, I forgot there is also the electric organ - wish it had gone!
