Something New

Last Friday the DCM team came up with a challenge that moves us away from Christmas cards, phew! I decided to make a New Year card as this is a celebration that is particularly important in Scotland. I will take this card to the relatives we visit for lunch on New Year's Day.

New Beginnings

As we are coming to the end of the year and fast approaching the start of not only a new year but a new decade, I’d like to see some cards celebrating something new.

It could be the New Year, a New Home, a New Addition to the family or even a New Day
.

The stamp came in a swap, I think it is a Crafty Secrets stamp sent by Angelnorth.
Coloured with copics, text created in PSE.

Wishing all my blog readers a very happy festive season.

  5. You're quite right - it's from the Crafty Secrets "Bird Notes" set. I wouldn't have remembered sending it in the swap though! Lovely card, the blues look really fresh and clean, perfect for New Year. Merry Christmas to you and yours, hope you have a lovely time {{{hugs}}}.
