Look closely - a quotation

It's week 4 of February and that means that it's quotation week.  I was thrilled to see my mint plants starting to burst through in their pots and it is those small beautiful shoots which tell me that spring is on it's way.

Here are a few more photos of the buds and flowers in my garden.

    Like you I love to see the plants starting to sprout forth, and that is where I was heading this morning in the garden to see what I can see :) x

    Janice lovely 'small' signs of spring in your photos, Amazing you have found those so far north and after all that snow!! I have to watch my mint as we have slugs that eat the new shoots :(

    Seeing your photos makes me really impatient for the spring to come - really wonderful shots. The layout is as awesome as always - it took me some time to figure out that the line is the edge of your pot.
