Frustration - 365+1

The Olympics are the ideal place to find frustration!  I only switched on this afternoon and watched a few minutes of the gymnastics to find poor Victoria Komova make a basic error on the uneven bars.  Her face says it all!

Well done to Beth Tweddle on her bronze medal!

It had to be the Olympic Rings!  I thought the opening ceremony was outstanding and stayed up right to the end to see the flame being lit.  I would have loved to be there, but instead had a grandstand seat in my living room and took some photos of the ceremony on tv.  This is the part where the Olympic Flag was carried to the flag pole, you can see the rings on the flag and also at the back of the stadium.
