Where I work, Mosaic Monday

I don't actually work in the gardens, but I am very fortunate that one of the campuses of the university I work for, is in the grounds of an old 'lunatic asylum' which became a psychiatric hospital and then, with care in the community has been given over to an number of other purposes.  It has the most gorgeous gardens which are at their best in the spring.

The photographs wer taken on my phone on two different days about a month apart.  The blossom and magnolias taken last month and the rhodedendrons and Horse Chestnut trees, last week.  The Rockery (centre) is beautifully laid out and it is always a pleasure to go out for a walk at lunch time to see the plants and trees.

Mature gardens have such a majesty, don't they? The grounds are spectacular!
