Over on Kelli's blog, There's no place like home, there is a lovely challenge called Show and Tell Friday. Here is my show and tell for this week, it's a piece of a Victorian or Edwardian tile that I found in our garden. What is now the garden used to be where the household dumped their rubbish, so all kinds of treasures have come to light.
I bet if you had the whole piece it would be beautiful. I bet you love finding little treasures.
ReplyDeleteHOw neat!
ReplyDeleteYour own archaeological dig how wonderful. :)
ReplyDeleteHow exciting - you never know what will come to light next! x
ReplyDeleteooo what a beautiful piece to find Janice. Have you found anymore? The rest must be somewhere as it looks like its come from an old fire surround X
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool, I love it when outside I find such thingsThank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sue
What fun to find something so wonderful in your garden. I usually come across worms, grubs or a very ugly vole that scares the living daylights out of me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat find!!!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the treasures I used to find digging in my yard as a child. We found many, many shards of pottery and whole old bottles. I still have some of those.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the memory.
Blessings,
Susie
What fun it must be for you to have found these treasures!!!
